The Pro-Size Easy Detailer picks up where other tools leave off to provide another level of woodturning creativity as the unique diamond cutter shape fits in tight places where the cutters on the other tools will just not fit. Designed to be kept flat on the tool rest and level to the floor, the Pro Easy Detailer has a diamond carbide cutter engineered to cut going straight in, employing just the nose of the tool. The tool design provides support directly beneath the cutting edge to transfer the cutting pressure downward, allowing the lathe to “take the pounding” that you would normally suffer. For safety reasons, avoid plunging the tool too deep into the wood too quickly, which could cause the tool to bind in the groove. The Pro Easy Finisher is equipped with an ergonomically designed 20" American Hickory handle to provide a safe and secure hold of the tool while offering many hours of turning enjoyment.

• Features a 28.50" overall length with 20" Ergonomic American Hickory Handle. Stainless steel bar is 1/2" square and 8.5" long. The maximum reach over the tool bar is 4". Comes equipped with standard cutter Ci4 (diamond), and a hex key.
• Optional carbide cutter sold separately is the Ci4-NR Patented Negative Rake Carbide Cutter. These cutters are designed to turn Resins and Acrylics without chipping, flaking and catches. Also works very well on Extreme Hardwoods, leaving a smoother finish which equates to less sanding.
• Lower cost of ownership: All you need is a lathe and an Easy Wood Tools turning tool and you can start making. You don't need to buy a grinding kit or sharpening system or multiple tools to achieve your desired result.
• Never sharpen your tools again! When one side of the cutter gets dull, just rotate it to a new surface. When you've used all the sides, simply replace it with a new cutter.
